The Red Ginger Sha Guo (Hot Pot) Menu

Sha Guo (Hot Pot) is a traditional Chinese cooking style. All selections are braised in China pot with natural seasoning, without losing nutrients. Very juicy and flavorful.

1. Lamb Sha Guo
Sliced lamb braised with eggplant and red, green peppers in spicy garlic sauce

2. Beef Stew Sha Guo
Braised beef stew with carrots, turnip, black mushroom. Tender and juicy

3. Seafood Sha Guo
Shrimp, scallop and krabmeat with fresh vegetables in white sauce

4. ToFu Vegetable Sha Guo

5. Aromatic Braised Short Ribs
Short ribs marinate with red wine, garlic, ginger & scallion, braised in brown sauce with mushroom

6. Braised Curry Chicken with Yams
This unique dish has a nice balance of both, hot and sweet

7. Kevin's Hot Pot
Jumbo shrimp with broccoli, red and green pepper, snow pea, Chinese cabbage and rice noodle in Hong Kong style
